I have not read the original Servant Leadership book but, the chapters included in here give such a well rounded view that I really get the idea of Servant Leadership. In fact, I can’t imagine learning about this approach to leadership without the examples of putting the concept into action. The variety of authors also allowed for different approaches to show “one size does not fit allâ€. It also demonstrates that servant leadership can be applied in all types of businesses, agencies, schools, and non-profits of all sizes. This concept is not exclusive to churches or social change agencies there is benefit in one way or another for everyone.This book also introduced me to other authors and presenters that I have not heard of otherwise.
